Shipping

For all delivery options we use a freight company that picks up the merchandise from our warehouse and ships to your home. At this time, we are only shipping within the continental U.S. and are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

• Any Stearns and Foster, Sealy True Form, Sealy Spring Free, and Tempurpedic models receive free White Glove delivery.
• Your new luxury mattress set will be brought into your house, unpacked, set up in your bedroom (up to 2 flights of stairs), and your old mattress set will be hauled away.
• Delivery of your new mattress will be in approximately 3 weeks. In stock mattress sets will be shipped out of our warehouse in 48 hours. Any mattress sets that need to be ordered from our manufacturers will be received in our warehouse in 3-5 days and then shipped out of our warehouse in 48 hours. Transit time is approximately 1 week after leaving our location. The delivery driver will call you to make delivery arrangements with you about 3 or 4 days after your orders has been shipped from our facility.

• Your mattress will be delivered to your residence and unloaded for you at your curbside. For additional fees, we can deliver your mattress to the your front door or up to 2 flights of stairs and remove your old bedding (call or email us for pricing).

Delivery on all sets under $499

• All mattress sets under $499 will be charged $99 to be delivered to your residence and unloaded for you at your curbside. For additional fees, we can deliver your mattress to the your front door or up to 2 flights of stairs and remove your old bedding (call or email us for pricing).

Mattress Comfort Guarantee Policy:

At A Goodnight Sleepstore your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that buying a mattress is a long-term investment and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We also understand that even after making your selection, you may wish for a different level of comfort. Our 30 night mattress guarantee allows you to exchange your mattress for a replacement of an equal or greater value. Exchanges are limited to one per customer within 30 days of delivery date. All you have to pay is a processing fee of $199.99 and the difference (if you choose to upgrade).

Sometimes it can take several nights for our bodies to adjust to a new supportive mattress. During this time, you may feel some soreness and discomfort. We ask that you spend at least 2 weeks adjusting to your new sleep set before setting up an exchange. This will help you make the best comfort decision.

Of course, if your new mattress set is damaged upon shipment, we will exchange it right away at no cost to you. You must make a note on the shipper's receipt of the damage and contact our customer service for assistance on the day of delivery. Please be aware that your mattress purchase is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders be can cancelled and entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. To cancel an order, simply call us at 910-796-0450. If an item is damaged upon delivery, we will make arrangements for return/replacement of damaged product. You must note the delivery receipt of any damages for a replacement model. All our products are brand new and come with the original manufacturer warranty. You can call us directly at 910-796-0450 with any warranty concerns. All clearance items are sold as is and do not qualify for a refund.
