Getting a good night’s sleep is a great way to boost your health. It takes around eight hours of shuteye each night to reinvigorate you, make you feel rested, and get you ready for the new day ahead. A healthy mattress should be seen and not heard. As you decide whether it’s time to kick your bed to the curb, give it a listen. It’s not going to read you a bedtime story to help you drift off, and it shouldn’t make any other sounds, either. A noisy mattress that is creaking or squeaking can be an indicator of damage -- a clear sign that it’s time to go shopping for an upgrade.
