Dear Chris Bell,

I just wanted to say again how much I liked the way you helped me buy a queen size mattress, low profile box spring and frame for my guest room. I went to several stores looking at mattresses and your approach and store felt just right, the minute I walked in the door. You were patient and listened to what I needed and did not pressure me to buy something I did not need or out of my price range. When I decided between two beds I went home to get my husband to give them a try and we actually both liked the same one. We have slept on it and it was a great choice. Chris, you seemed very knowledgeable about the ordering procedure and we thank you for getting it all delivered the very next day. The delivery was supposed to be in the afternoon, for we had some thing to do in the morning, but the driver called early and we worked out a morning delivery.
