Orders be can cancelled and entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. To cancel an order, simply call us at 910-796-0450. If an item is damaged upon delivery, we will make arrangements for return/replacement of damaged product. You must note the delivery receipt of any damages for a replacement model. All our products are brand new and come with the original manufacturer warranty.
