Knowledgeable, Patient, Honest

My husband and I just bought a S&F mattress set from Gen at your College Rd. location in Wilmington, NC, and we'd just like to let you know what a fantastic employee you have in Gen. She was so knowledgeable, patient, honest and overall just very helpful and made the experience less confusing and more pleasant which isn't always the case when you are spending that much money. We feel very good about our decision after trying out many mattresses in your store as well as a number of other stores in Wilmington. Thank you.
