Going to bed on a full stomach is never a wise choice. Not only can it interfere with sleep, it can interfere with digestion. But, if you’re a little hungry before bedtime, there are several snacks that are fairly easy to digest and can help ward off the midnight munchies.

Not only are these great alternatives to junk food before bed; they’re great choices for snacks throughout the day.
