My previous mattress was als S & F that's why when was time to change we got another, but it's been only 3 month and I noticed that when my us and moves on his side the motion makes me bounce and I wake up and can't go back to sleep, I never had that experience with my older S & F?? Also and just after 3 month you can see that the mattress has a dent where I sleep and where myusband sleeps and the area in the middle is higher? We bought 2 mattresses one for me and one for my sone, but mine is not good and I'm not happy, I picked he firm, but it's not, it bounce when we move?? Please advise how you can help? As I said ,today it's even 3 month only , we went to Ashly and they set a technition on 9/30 to come and check it, please call/ email us with our options, I hanged my older F & S just because it was older, but it was a great mattress and we were expecting the new one to be the same.

This is our second Stearns & Foster mattress set (and we kept our old one for the guest bed!). Wonderful comfort for both of us - and we wake up feeling much more rested. Some nights I think we go to sleep and don't move again until the alarm goes off. Can not recommend a mattress brand any more highly. And would definitely purchase again.

We were die hard Beauty rest fans, for three decades. My husband had a Stearns and Foster mattress as a single man, and when we both tested this bed in the show room, we had to bring one home...we put a mattress pad on it,with the cool mattress cover...and its so comfortable...thank you..

This is the most uncomfortable mattress on which I have ever slept. I wake up four, five, six times a night. My arms are numb--this happens on no other mattress, not even the ground. I do not know the words to describe how horrible sleeping on this mattress is. AND--it weighs hundreds of pounds, so putting sheets on it is a nightmare and there is no way it can ever be moved--I had to use a floor jack to help me get it on the foundation.
It has made my life a nightmare of feeling tired and achy every morning from lack of sleep and from my muscles being sore from the pain of simply trying to sleep. Worst mattress from the earliest age I can remember, through all my travels and camping trips to now.
This mattress was sold to me on the premise that it could be returned or exchanged. After purchase, I was refused a return or exchange. It was very expensive so I am now stuck with it for years. I absolutely hate it.

Only had it for a few nights, but so far we love it. We had a Stearns and Foster for about 17 years and replaced it with this Hepburn Reserve Luxury Firm Mattress. I'm sure it will give us the same pleasure as our previous Stearns and Foster.

We hadn't purchased a new mattress for about 15 years. This mattress is a dream to sleep on. We absolutely love it! It is a heavy mattress though. That being said, it is totally worth the price.

This beats my previous mattress which was an expensive memory foam by a mile. I have only slept on it for two nights, but already can tell the difference. I get a great nights sleep and stay a lot cooler than with my memory foam mattress. The fact that it has coils and memory foam with the pillow top makes it the best of all worlds. It was definitely worth the money.

Amazing product, but one of the heaviest mattresses on the market! We bought a floor or returned mattress significantly cheaper than new. Deducting one star for how bulky it is. Super comfortable for a hybrid.

I had my last Sterns & Foster for 25 years. I hated replacing it but moving out of state, I decided to purchase a new one. Though they don't make them like they used to, I still love my bed. The only thing that I don't understand is this model has the Air-Vent system to keep you cool at night. But I noticed that I become very warm after a few hours. That's why I gave it only 4 stars.

It's a great mattress, and I am happy with it. However, the customer service and the extremely long wait for delivery (which we were never made aware of at time of purchase) and the constant extended delivery dates when they couldn't meet the dates they promised each time. And the very distasteful thing about all of it was to speak with anyone you had to wait forever on hold. AND OF COURSE EVERYTHING WAS BLAMED ON COVID-19. I might seek out another vendor the next time.

I haven't had any lower back pain since I have slept on this mattress. I find it to be very comfortable. I haven't noticed any change to my sleep patterns though. The reasons I gave it 4 stars is I find it to be extremely heavy so it is hard to tuck in the sheets and blanket and I don't see how I would ever be able to turn the mattress every 4 to 6 months as I was advised to do.

We love our new mattress set. We were both having trouble sleeping and very uncomfortable on our former mattress. As we've aged with various orthopedic issues, aches and pains, our preference has been for a little softer mattress but with good back support. This Stearns and Foster hit the mark. We had a S&F mattress set for years until it wore out and we replaced it with one that turned out not as well made or comfortable. So, when we couldn't stand it any more, we went back to S&F. A very good decision! We raved about it so much that a friend went and purchased a King sized version a few weeks later.

We must have tried out at least 10 "firm" mattresses before the Stearns and Foster. You may pay a bit more, but the price is well worth it. We sleep more soundly and have no aches or pains in the morning. Love it!

We did a lot of research and shopping to replace our old 20+ year old Stearns and FOster mattress. We were so very happy with the quality and comfort of our old S&F mattress that our search for a new mattress was limited to all of the S&F mattresses. We needed a firm mattress but preferred the comfort of a pillow top. If a firm , yet comfortable mattress is what you are looking for , this is your mattress. It is a nice hybrid between a coil mattress and the new technology in the form of gel layers and memory foam layers. Did I tell you I have not gotten a bad night sleep since we got this mattress. Lying on this mattress literally feels like you are lying on a cloud on top of a firm surface, achieving the clear benefit of both. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.....

We feel this is the best mattress we have purchased to date! We sleep cool and wake refreshed. This hasn't happened for a very long time. Would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a good nights sleep. Delivery was delayed to Covid 19 but this was no fault of Stearns and Foster. It was in town just unable to be delivered. Thanks to your customer service department it was delivered! No more sleepless nights!

The difference in our sleep was immediately noticeable. Admittedly our bed was very old and needed replaced, but we have been sleeping so soundly ever since it was delivered I really can't say enough about how comfortable this bed is. Initially, thought this was a great mattress. BUT, it's now been ONLY A MONTH, and already are seeing a hump starting to form in the center of the mattress. This is the same problem we had with our previous mattress (Sealy) that we purchased 2 years ago. This time, we upgraded Brands and paid more expecting a better quality. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

After returning one of those bed in a box brands; I had HAD it with mattress research and thought I would never find exactly what I was looking for. Stearns & Foster proved me wrong. I went to a local dealer and had a wonderful conversation about how cheaply produced bed in a box brands are and how Strearns and Foster puts pride, care and quality in to their mattress brand. I tried one out on the showroom floor and felt like I had come home. This mattress is everything I love. Supportive, but cushy and comfortable at the same time. My husband loves it; I love it and we will never purchase another brand again. Thank you for a quality product at a reasonable price Stearns & Foster. I am sold for life.

We love our mattress. If feels like we are sleeping on a cloud, with great support. We could tell from the delivery that is was a high end quality mattress. The Ashley furniture delivery guy asked about the mattress, as it was the heaviest he had ever delivered. I would recommend this mattress company to everyone.
