Not very happy so far. We have had Tempurpedic in the past and this one so far does not compare. It is too firm and just not overall as comfortable. We will be trying the softer style and hopefully that will fit our need. I will not say if I would recommend this product until I try the softer mattress.

DO NOT BUY TEMPUR-PEDIC! Are you tired of a company that claims one thing but does another? A company that last year had $1.3 billion in sales and still does not appreciate their customers. My wife and I have had this bed for less than 5 years and they are REFUSING to honor their warranty. Last year it started sagging on the sides and they said that it wasn't enough to qualify for a warranty replacement. We contacted them again for the same warranty, that was now significantly worse, a few weeks ago…this time, they voided the warranty. They said that the mattress was too "dirty" and the warranty is now voided. They are claiming that there is liquid damage, which is completely false. We spoke with Lauren from their escalation team, which is apparently their team that is in place to be an impenetrable wall for customers who would like the promises that they were told when buying, to be honored. Lauren is an extremely rude individual who refuses to honor the warranty that we were promised. Looking at the Better Business Beurau you will see that they have MANY complaints regarding this exact issue, them not honoring their warranty claims. We spend over $3000 on this bed for it to not even last five years. Their warranty department and policies are set up so that you cannot get a replacement as they promise when you buy the bed. Their beds are not made to last as they used to be and they will find any reason to void your warranty. Do not buy from them unless you want to be lied to and manipulated all while spending money on a bed that will not last as long as they claim.

I had a disappointing experience with TEMPUR-PEDIC and Mattress Firm. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame, but when the second mattress arrived, it was too firm for my liking. I was told I needed to wait 30 days for a return, but then I was informed that the return was denied because the tag was supposedly removed-something I did not do. Additionally, the delivery team scratched my hardwood floor by dragging the mattress across it. The salesperson was kind, but I was unable to reach a manager through the email provided, as it went unanswered. I even tried contacting Tempur-Pedic directly for assistance, but they were unhelpful as well. Given that I invested over $5,000, I am quite disappointed with the service. I cannot recommend this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Their warranty department is an absolute joke and their beds are NOT QUALITY. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them unless you want to deal with scummy people who refuse to honor what they promise.

I've owned this mattress for a little less than a month.
-FLOOR MODEL
When I laid on this mattress in the store, it was perfect! The exact right amount of softness for me and exact right amount of firmness for my husband. HOWEVER, the sales rep. warned me the mattress will take about 90 days to break in and feel like the floor model and that is why they suggest waiting 90 days before considering returning or exchanging the mattress.
-NEW MATTRESS FIRMNESS
To put it plainly, it's terrible. According to the Tempur-Pedic website, the only way to break in the mattress is to sleep on it nightly. Had I know I'd pay a few grand for little sleep, I might have considered going with a different mattress.
-EXTREME FIRMNESS IS EXPECTED
According to both Tempur-Pedic website and the sales rep., the extreme firmness is expected until a gel or foam mattress is broken in.
-CONCLUSION
I give this two stars because I struggle to sleep on such a firm mattress. To break it in costs sleep (and money because this was a large purchase). I'm hopeful it pays off in 90 days and feels like the floor model at the store.

Firm matress , which i like. It is a noticible change in feel if you change pisition to new area of mattress , since it is alot firmer until it contours to your body. I used to have arm fall asleep alot...but hasnt with this mattress! When i wake up in the morning I dont want to get out of bed because mattress feels so good and relaxing.

I suffer from sever back and joint pain and sciatica. After a week of sleeping on this bed, I wake virtually pain free. Just some slight stiffness. Before this mattress I would wake up barely able to walk and was so stiff for the first 30-60 minutes of every day. Now that I've had the bed for a month, I wake in less pain every day and feel so rested.

I had a Sealy Posturepedic (100% Foam) for 21 yrs and LOVE it! But being so OLD it was KILLING my Body. I wanted another mattress exactly like the Sealy but they no longer made anything like it - all now have Coils in them and I have a bad back and cannot sleep on any Coil beds! So - I purchased the Pro Adapt Firm - as I cannot sleep on soft beds due to my Back issue! Bed was delivered and set up - I always use a 2" Foam topper on my Bed - so - my 1st Night - I slept like a BABY! I LOVE IT! My Aches n Pains are 95% Gone. Only complaint - WAY too EXPENSIVE! But my body CANNOT afford Cheap beds! Yes - Love the Adjustable frame too!

I like the hybrid mattress. It is comfortable and suits my needs. I like the split Cal King because my spouse and I can both have the firmness that we each like. We also have the adjustable bases which I really like. It is much easier on my back.

This has been probably my worst experience with a large company as of yet. We purchased a adjustable bed frame and mattress in 2020. We noticed over the first year or two that we were getting a sag to the left of the bed and long story short realized that when the people came to install the bed they did not install the support beams correctly. They skipped one. We were told by a Tempur-Pedic agent at that time that due to it being on a faulty base, the mattress itself was already compromised and they approved us for a mattress replacement in 2022. I have the screenshot and the emails to prove that. We were unable to afford the $200 fee at the time as we just had our first baby and we're due for a second one and covid happened and I was out of work. Now, years later they refuse to hold up their end of the warranty as now they want to say there are other reasons that they will not approve it. If it was approved 4 years prior due to faulty installation on something that was not the customer's problem, I see no reason why this should not be remediated. This is a very shady business practice and I will never ever spend another dime with them. I will make it my business to spread my story and show my receipts of how they have treated me. I just went through a multi-layer spinal fusion surgery due to rapid progression over the past 5 years. Wouldn't you know I've had that mattress now for 6 years. Funny timeline if you ask me. Very disappointed and I will make my voice heard

After sleeping on a soft Luxe Breeze for 1.5 years and figuring out it was the source of upper back pain, I tried 5 different mattress's before finally doing a lot of research (AI was a huge help) to figure out what I needed. It came down to a Nectar Ultra vs Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I wasn't taking any more chances, and having had extremely good luck in the past with Tempurpedic, I hit the bullet and paid the huge price. After one night, I do not regret the purchase!

Had this mattress for 5 years and it lost its shape creating a dip in the mattress. This caused a loss of back support causing lower back issues. When reached out to Tempur-pedic, while they acknowledged the mattress lost its shape and the dip is clear, they won't resolve the issue because there is a small speck of stain all the way on the other side of the mattress. It seemed ridiculous at first but quickly realized, these excuses are common if the company itself has no confidence in its product. I would not recommend this product and the cost absolutely not worth it.

The bed is comfortable I've owned it for four years it is now wearing on both sides leaving the center high I called the warranty number they had me put a broomstick across the mattress with a quarter and they're saying the metal is not sunk in enough so they cannot give me my warranty and gonna let me get another mattress I don't sleep in the middle of the mattress so the middle of the mattress is not gonna sink in so I believe it's a scam that Tempur-pedic does so they don't have to honor their warranty . I bought this mattress because I have a bad back and bad disc now I have pain because I'm fighting the center of my mattress to roll over and be comfortable.

It has taken a few weeks since I purchased the Tempur-Pedic mattress and I am beginning to feel the effects of the new mattress as it adjust to the contours of my body. I still wake during the night with neuropathic pain but it seems to be lessening each night. Hopefully, I will continue to feel less pain as I continue to sleep on my new ProAdapt 12" Medium Hybrid mattress. I feel confident that I will feel much better as I continue sleeping on this excellent mattress. I will let you know how it works out for me. By the way, your sales people are outstanding.
