I chose the Firm and am very pleased with it. I have back pain, but also my hips as well. I use to wake up in pain, now I wake up and am amazed at how good I feel. Great mattress, conforms to your body but is not soft and unsupported.

Ive had my Proadapt for a couple of months now, and in my option its not as good as the Beauty Rest hybrid that I had before this purchase. my beauty rest was half the purchase price. I was told the Proadpt would take some time to get used to, but I have had for a couple of months and I dont see a diffence, it seems to be hot not breathable and there is a dip in the middle of the matress.

The salesman told me and my hubby that this mattress would be AWESOME for your back , shoulders etc. So we were SOLD!!! THE first year our sleep was AMAZING!! But I noticed after that the sleep quality started to Change !! As well as the mattress!!!
Im now having to go thru the warranty to see if I can get it replaced!!!! I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS MATTRESS!!! AND I financially and physically Robbed!!

I initially exchanged the TEMPUR-LuxeAdept for the TEMPUR-ProAdapt because the Luxe was not firm enough and caused significant lower back pain.
Unfortunately, after sleeping on the TEMPUR-ProAdapt for the past six months, I am experiencing similar issues. I continue to have significant lower back pain, and I've noticed that the mattress surface is no longer flat and appears to be sinking in certain areas, which seems to be contributing to my discomfort.
At this point, I would like to request either a replacement or a refund. If your firm mattress options are still not providing adequate support, I would prefer to discuss a refund.

This is my 2nd tempurpedic mattress. The first one lasted a long, long time and I would only replace it with another. I did get the adjustable base this time. It is comfortable, the perfect amount of firmness and is perfect with my back and all its problems.

I paid over $3,000 for the TEMPUR-ProAdapt expecting premium comfort and support. Instead, I ended up with one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made.
I was out of the country for most of the past year, so I only recently started sleeping on this mattress regularly. Within a short time, I realized just how uncomfortable it is.
Every single morning I wake up with lower back pain and stiffness. It feels like my body is trapped in the mattress, sinking so deeply that changing positions takes effort. Getting out of bed feels like trying to crawl out of a swamp. Instead of waking up rested, I wake up exhausted, sore, and wondering how a mattress this expensive can be so uncomfortable.
For over $3,000, I expected exceptional support and restorative sleep. Instead, I got constant back pain and restless nights. I gave it every chance, hoping it would get better, but it never did.
I honestly cannot understand how this mattress justifies its premium price. If you're looking for proper back support or don't enjoy the feeling of being swallowed by memory foam, think twice before buying. I genuinely regret this purchase and would not recommend it.

I absolutely love this mattress. It's true. You don't feel like you are sleeping on a mattress, rather the mattress hugs you while you sleep. It's great! Now my body doesn't hurt when I wake up and I truly feel rested.

Total comfort! This mattress, along with the adjustable base, my wife and I are sleeping better than either of us have in many years. We've had other good, expensive, mattresses and still woke up throughout the night. We have now found the answer to our sleep deprived nights! Yes, it was difficult to commit to spending the money, but we are so thankful we did.

I swapped my 10 year old Tempurpedic for the Split CA King Tempur-ProAdapt Hybrid and am so glad I did. With the adjustable base, my wife and I can be comfortable without interrupting one another. We fall asleep faster and stay asleep throughout the night...no pain in the morning.

Hoping that the first 60 days feel lasts the 5+ years we were told it would! Sleeping better since purchasing this mattress. Love the way it conforms to my body but also how it bounces right back when I get up or roll over. Pricing is much higher than I would have ever thought I'd pay for a mattress but truly we got it for my husband's back. Prior to his mattress, he could not sleep in our bed on our old mattress. Now he sleeps most of each night on the mattress.

I just love my Bed and Adjustable frame! I had a 20 yr old all foam Sealy PosturePedic Mattress and hated to get rid of it BUT I have a Bad back and Aches N Pains in the morning were getting worse - thought not getting any younger so I Splurged and Purchased a Tempur-ProAdapt Firm Bed & Adjustable frame! So glad I did now I only have 1/2 aches n pains! I've had my set for 6 months and TOTALLY Recommend this bed especially for people with a bad Back!

Delivery and set up were terrific. Took old mattress and packing away. Have noticed no gassing smell. Mattress is very firm, maybe even a little too firm. No motion or sinking and support is excellent However, very pricey

The wrong mattress was delivered initially that was $900 less than the one we paid for. Mattress Firm did some hokey math that caused us to have to pay even more l to get the one we actually ordered after the wrong one was delivered. Made it our fault. Since it was also an Tempurpedic, I didn't notice at first until i measured its height. Otherwise I would have been fully ripped off without them saying anything to let us know they had made this error. All in all, we paid way too much for the mattress and at $175/pillow way too much for pillows just to get the whole thing over with. Now that we've been on the mattress for a month I have to say. It's pretty much the same as the last one (Beautyrest) at and extra $1000+ all-in. Not worth it, and definitely not worth all of the hassle between dealing with the store and the late and ultimately missed delivery times that required inconvenient delivery times. Do not recommend.

Was great at first but after 3 years it has a slight dip in it and is not comfortable for my husband. We sent photos and was told it was not enough of a dip. It is sad when we are 77 yrs old and told to do all these photos when someone should come and help with the warranty. We ended up turning the mattress where bottom is up front and the part he laid on us on bottom. Adam we gave to do this when we spent almost $8,000 on this bed.

We put off buying a new bed for way too long. We had our Tempur-pedic since 2009! We loved it, and I was so afraid I wouldn't find anything that I liked near as much. I did some research and found out this. Style, pro adapt firm would match what we had since that wasn't made anymore. It also said it would take around three weeks to get used to and it took me no nights to get used to! We love it.

My husband has a back surgery and he loves this mattress.
Love: Nice mattress that deep body contouring but not the "stuck in the mud" sensation. Side sleeping does not hurt my arms anymore because it's perfect contouring. Also great at reducing motion transfer. Very good cooling.
Don't love: King size is smaller than I expected. I have many queen mattresses and I thought king size would be big difference. But It feels small for a couple + a baby.

We are very pleased with our Temur-Pedic Hybrid/Medium We both usually like a very firm bed, but this medium has great support and is easy on our joints. We have the split King with the motorized base which is also very nice. You will not wake your partner during the night with getting up.

My wife felt that the precious matress was not comfortable which is "medium" tempur matress. So we checked a lot of matresses, about 20 and final chose this one. Now she is happy with this matress and sleeps well.
It is quite expensive but a good choice for 10-20 years.

I usually like firm mattresses so I got the ProAdapt Firm (which felt fine in the store), however when you lay on it for a longer period of time, it's like sleeping on a hard surface with no pressure relief. I called in to make the exchange and was put on hold for almost 30 min I had to hang up and never got a call back. I've been emailing multiple times today to get the mattress exchanged ASAP, but no response. I haven't slept in days. WARNING: They also charge an UPGRADE FEE if you're exchanging for a more expensive mattress on top of another shipping fee!! Their 90 day "free" trial and return is not actually free.

The first week or so was not good... mattress seemed way too hard and not at all comfortable like the sample in the store. Now that we have had it for a month, it is better. although we still wake up with aches. (Maybe that is a reflection of being in our mid 70's and not so much the mattress.) It is an improvement, but not as much as we had hoped.

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Firm mattress, and it has exceeded every expectation I had.
The first day it was delivered, I decided to lie down on it for about an hour. When I got up, I immediately noticed something remarkable. My legs felt stronger and more energized than they had in a very long time. The soreness and discomfort I had become accustomed to-aching hips, sore knees, painful thighs, and heavy-feeling legs-simply weren't there.
That experience made me excited to sleep on the mattress for the first full night. The results were incredible. I slept a full eight hours and honestly cannot remember the last time I enjoyed such a restful, uninterrupted night's sleep. I was surprised the foam split after 4 years but it's ok in the end since the warranty wasn't that difficult to get it exchanged.
It is the most comfortable mattress I have had so getting it replaced instead of switching was an easy decision.

You can hear the springs. There's no if ands or buts about it. You can hear the springs. I called customer service. They said that it is normal to hear those during break in periods. That's not normal. I have used other mattresses and you do not hear the spring whatsoever. They said since I purchased it at mattress firm it is there deal to work with the warranty mattress firm says it is my deal to work with the warranty I honestly I'm done with this company. I do not recommend this mattress at all.
